The instructions were to go to compartment number one to get the keys for the truck. I spent 30 minutes attempting to open compartment number one to call customer service and find that Word lock key was actually on the truck so I wasted half an hour attempting to get keys from the wrong compartment way to confusing and a waste of my time. Only after customer service asked me to try the word lock on the truck. Did the Word code work!!!!
