Did not use the truck from this location. No one to help someone who is not high tech savvy. Was unaware that it was a self-service uhaul hub. Would have never agreed to this location. Customer service lady mentioned someone would be there to assist me. And no one was there. No dolly that I reserved. No one to leave the key to except the store clerk Mohammed. I have pictures to prove everything. Need a refund
TONJANIC HMy truck did not have the Dollie’s or furniture pads in the truck as it was supposed to. The guy inside was somewhat helpful with telling me he had some Dollie’s inside and allowed me to load the 2 Dollie’s by myself in the truck. But he was out of furniture pads, which I paid for and did not receive the money back for those.
