Drop off location was not in a good area. There was only one small sign to indicate it was a Uhall location. The driveway was a dirt driveway that lead to an over grown weeded junk lot, with donkeys and horses in little shelters, and no one was around. I didn’t see an actual office or storefront. A gentleman came out while I was unhooking the trailer, and he advised me that his son took care of the Uhall stuff, but he wasn’t around. Prior to dropping off the trailer I called ahead to make sure I had the right location. Who ever I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful, so there was no issue there. My only issue was the location and condition of the drop off spot.
