did not have the 4 wheel dollies i ask for thru the online booking process. 2 days before rental U Haul changed my location. Said it was 4 miles away, but was actually over 10 miles away. returned truck same day as rented, was 1 hour late from estimated return time and tried to charge me for a second day.

Outstanding service I was moving so fast today trying to get moved forgot my purse inside of the truck. The manager called left a message for me to come back.
