The employee helped me hook up trailer, then totally disappeared. I could not get out because another trailer was in the way. I tried to find employee to help me get out, but he was nowhere to be found. I had to disconnect, move my trailer manually to get around other trailer, then rehook. Employee to to hang around until customer drivers off the lot. The equipment was dirty.
