Truck was damaged when picked up, front panel had damage that made closing the driver door difficult. While the truck was clean it dragged and drained gas faster than it should have, as I use box trucks frequently and have never even have a 20ft drain gas so fast. Maintenance and repairs need to be done regularly. Then the tow dolly that was supposed to be at that location and I had to go elsewhere to get it which required more miles and put us behind on schedule for my trip and returns to 2 separate locations.

Place too tight to park the trailer and noone was there during posted open hours. There are other locations in the area the are much better attended and help in the drop off process.
