Called in advanced and got great service. Wish they had more dollies to choose from but all in all everything worked out.
Oscar Vi got there at 9:30am when my reservation was set, there was some guy inside who said they don't open until 10am. inside the store was an absolute mess with trash everywhere, which I rlly wouldnt care about if the guy who did come in at 10am didn't seem high. I asked like 4 separate times if I could apply my uhaul employee discount (at pickup and dropoff) but he never actually applied it, which I'm rlly annoyed about i dropped my truck off and handed the key over Wednesday at 4:30pm and was told they would "take care of it" but it wasn't actually checked in until Thursday 10pm. I wasn't charged extra bc id returned it early, but it shows how poorly this store is run. The truck was clean and well maintained, but ofc it was technically a one-way truck, so they don't personally maintain it.
