Truck was not an available on time . 45 minutes late. Charged for gas; had to make extra trip to resolve. Will not use U-Haul anywhere again. This has occurred before

I was charged more than double the amount of the order even with proof of my gas mileage (which was minimal). The mileage reading was entered wrong, the gas level was where it was supposed to be and evidence was provided to Jason, the field manager. Haven’t heard back from him and it’s been weeks. I’ve used U-Haul before with no issues. So I’d be careful to rent from this particular location, as they might scam you like they scammed me. Good luck.
