My original request was to pickup a trailer from this location, however, Uhaul changed my pickup location that was 20 minutes further away and did not notify me in a timely manner. I opted to rent a smaller trailer from my preferred location. It all worked out in the end. Greg was an amazing company representative.

Austin KU-Haul always underestimates the mileage. I had to drive 20 plus miles to return this rental. The pick up was 15 miles from where the loading occurred. Charged for 30 extra miles. Happens every time
