We were welcomed by a big smile telling us our truck was ready and waiting for us. Everything was explained and he was ready to answer any questions we may have had. U-Haul always underestimates the mileage. I had to drive 20 plus miles to return this rental. The pick up was 15 miles from where the loading occurred. Charged for 30 extra miles. Happens every time
