Here’s a cleaner, stronger version with a little edge but still professional: After completing everything online—check-in, payment, all of it—I arrived at the location expecting a quick pickup. Instead, no one had any idea what was going on. I was told to retrieve the keys from a lockbox that didn’t even exist. After several phone calls and a lot of confusion, they finally handed me the keys. But it didn’t stop there—when I went to leave, there was a lock on the back of the truck, and no one knew the combination. I ended up having to call someone out just to cut it off. All in all, the process set me back nearly an hour. The lack of organization and basic preparedness was honestly surprising. And on top of it all the inside of the cargo area of the truck was very dirty.
