The only improvement I could suggest is I had a drop off location prior to where I dropped off and at that drop off location there was no one around and I was able to get a phone number from someone nearby. The person involved with U-Haul at that drop off location would not answer the phone and has not called me back. I called U-Haul For another drop off location. U-Haul called the location that I had scheduled for and no one at U-Haul could get a hold of the person at that location. They rescheduled my drop off location and that location was wonderful. I would say do not schedule a drop off or a pick up With the Genoa Colorado location. You cannot get a response from the people in charge of that location the Hugo location was amazing. They even backed the trailer into where they wanted it for me because I was exhausted. I had been on the road all night unloaded the trailer the gentleman at the Hugo location was wonderful. My entire experience was very good.

Surge brakes did not work. The trailer kept slamming the back of vehicle for 1500 miles. Ensure equipment works before loaning to customers.
