I give it 3 stars because they gave me a hard time because they overcharged me for gasoline and miles for a system error of themselves. Luckily I threw pictures of the truck before re-pulling it and another when I delivered it.

Walked in and had to ask three people how to rent a U-Haul since there’s three businesses running out of this place a Barber shop/car wash and U-Haul the lady had other conversations going on NON bussines related and was paying attention to everyone in the room except for me the person she was doing bussines with,than she said she’d grab the keys and to wait for her outside after being outside for several minutes,I walk back in and again she is holding a PERSONAL conversation with someone else, eventually someone comes out the back and tells her to just hand me the keys so I can go,she never came outside to inspect the vehicle before I took it and she didn’t verify mileage or fuel ,didn’t explains drop off NOTHING. I’ll never come back here to do anything that involves this woman. ZERO STARS
