One of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve had! The employees were extremely polite and helpful. The truck I received was clean and well-maintained. I encountered some issues with my credit card, but the agent was patient and understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again in the future!

Verify the ID of the person renting the equipment. A rental was processed in my name without my knowledge and without me being present. No one verified the ID or name on the rental. When I called to report the transition because the receipt came to my email, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the person had already "paid" for it. I was confused because isn't that technically fraud?
