The office location was very nice, the downside is where the vehicles are parked and the lot has potholes that are deep and could damage the bottom of your car.

Properly distribute paid rental equipment. I would have been better off with a contactless pickup, customer service sucked, our conversation was interrupted multiple time by others workers without any regards as if i wasn’t there. 2/5 overall

Francisco MOne of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve had! The employees were extremely polite and helpful. The truck I received was clean and well-maintained. I encountered some issues with my credit card, but the agent was patient and understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again in the future!
SHAWN MVerify the ID of the person renting the equipment. A rental was processed in my name without my knowledge and without me being present. No one verified the ID or name on the rental. When I called to report the transition because the receipt came to my email, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the person had already "paid" for it. I was confused because isn't that technically fraud?
