On pickup of our truck, the owner of the lot did not know we were coming and blocked us from exiting. We had to call the cops to make the owner move. This was a HORRIBLE experience being harassed by the owner.

Had a slight problem releasing the vehicle tie down straps. Oiling and adjustment to the mechanism would correct that problem.

Vernon MIts at a car lot. The door was locked upon arrival. The gentleman uaed his phone to conduct my transaction while i stood at door. I was charged 15.00 for insurance i declined when i set up my reservation online.
