I reserved a furniture dolly and 6 furniture pads. The clerk helping me said there was no dolly but there was furniture pads. When I opened the door to the back of the truck there was a dolly but no furniture pads. I also did not receive the plastic couch cover I paid for when reserving my truck. The clerk at the pickup location could not speak very good English so there was a definite communication issue. And he had to get instructions from a Supervisor(?) over the phone.

I returned unit early. Was concerned that I didn't get a receipt for turning truck in. It all worked out as I got receipt on Friday mid day.
GREGORY CThe vehicle was extremely dirty. It took forever to get the keys so that I could begin packing up for my move. I absolutely would not rent from this location again.
JASON CI turned the vehicle in two days ahead of schedule and was expecting a receipt that would adjust and compensate accordingly. I turned the keys into the store attendant and i was told nothing. This unacceptable and request to speak to a customer service representative.
SAMUEL AThis was the worst rental ever. Two hours to issue the equipment and the a drop off location 35 miles away that no longer existed. Then I was charged an extra fee $50 because I was over mileage for taking it to a real location in rural Tennessee. Uhaul has fallen a long way.
