I ordered equipment and was never notified that the location did not have the equipment. So the morning of my move was unnecessarily hectic.
Addison DI'm round shouldered, so don't complain much, but there was no appliance dolly on the truck (but it was charged interestingly enough). That's a ding on whoever moved the pickup location from Madison Blvd and failed to ensure the entirety of the contract was properly relayed. Also, no moving blankets were provided (2 dozen requested, but they did not show up on the bill so were dropped). It was a self-checkout since it was New Years Day and nobody was present. I called U-Haul and picked up the supplies on County Line Rd.
Edward ASarah the Facility Manager was very helpful and informative. She made sure that we had all that we needed and very thorough explaining everything. I am an often user of U-Haul and I’ve always used a different location to get my trucks, but from now on, I will use this location because of the convenience and the service.
