It was a horrible experience trying to used the mobile app to pick up the vehicle. Call customer service and they kept transferring me to different departments to assist. Took two hours to pick up a vehicle
Darron LThis location is at a gas station. I like this system. It was a little sketchy but we were returning the truck at 11:00 pm so that has a lot to do with it. One thing I was not happy with was I had a one way trip but was only given 24 hours and I needed more time to load and unload the truck. When I called and said I need more than 24 hours which would make me turn in the truck before I even left to the drop off location. The only option was to extend it from turning it in on Saturday morning at 7:30-am to Monday morning at 7:30 am. I didn’t need it that long but I needed it more than 24 hours. Was also charged quite a bit for that extra time.
