I was overcharged for my rental. When I contacted the business owner they told me they would fix it, however after a week there has been no resolution or refund. I have contacted the business multiple times and they are no longer answering my phone calls. Very unprofessional and rude even when I can get them on the phone.

Carlos SThe drop off location was hard to locate and was not customer friendly
ERNEST SLouis was excellent, super helpful and saved our day great customer service, completely different to the college station location where the people were super rude and entitled. Greatly recommend his location.
Carlos ATrailer was not maintained. Rachet system sticking had to oil both just to get them to release. Brake system on trailer very sensitive on stops.
