No one was on site at faculty to pick up truck. Wasted 45 minutes. Had to call to get set up for truck. Truck was clean but has major mechanical issues. When hit brakes truck engine would shut off. Happened to me many times and even on the freeway.

Lou HI was overcharged for my rental. When I contacted the business owner they told me they would fix it, however after a week there has been no resolution or refund. I have contacted the business multiple times and they are no longer answering my phone calls. Very unprofessional and rude even when I can get them on the phone.
