Owners went out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
BART LI needed the truck early and chose a close location with early hours on purpose. Then the reservation got changed to an unmanned location, and the app would not work to do the supposed easy pick up - that process gets a negative 1000 rating from me! The local number was not answered. The traffic management number that changed it all in the first place did not answer. I finally called the original desired location in desperation, and they did a fantastic job calming me down and getting the system to work for me. I will never be in favor of a remote location! You can keep your app and easy impersonal avoidance of customers! I'm old and appreciate true customer service, like I received from the store in Ammon. I also wish U-Haul would commit to the store we ask for. It makes other suppliers look better and better when we never know where we will actually be able to get equipment.
