The staff at Jones Self Storage were patient with me and very kind. I was unfamiliar with the mobile rental and placed several calls to ask questions. Staff always helpful, gracious and courteous. If in need again, this is my go to rental location.

WAYNE GWhen we dropped off van the woman explained how we could have viewed mileage (not really helpful at this point) then we asked to compare starting mileage from paperwork and current mileage. She said we were within contract amount. We then got charged for extra mileage. Having a centralized customer service center does not work if completely disconnected from actual locations. I will find other options in future.
