There was no one at the location when I arrived, I had to call a number posted to the door to get someone in the office which had been left dark inside & unlocked?? When I inquired why I could not initially rent a 10 ft. truck instead of the 15 ft truck i eventually reserved, I was told none were available. Following my inquiry, someone consequently brought out a 10 ft truck from somewhere which was "both filthy in and outside" and I was told it was all they had to rent at this level, even if I wanted another vehicle which was at least "clean inside"! Although the customer service rep was pleasant - the truck itself was a disaster to operate - dirty exterior, dirty windshield, dirt & mud throughout interior surfaces, truck bed, etc. I hated putting my belongings into the vehicle truthfully but felt like I had no choice at this point as the laborers were at my storage unit waiting for me to start the loading process.

Great customer service
Gregory WFrancis was very helpful and easy to reach out to communicate last minute requests to. My only concern is that there was a side marker lamp and license plate lamp not functional. Other than that everything was perfect!
