This dealer knew nothing about the haul process, kept making excuses as to why he didn't have the requested equipment i had asked for, and repeatedly told me to take up my issues with uhaul. I explained that due to uhaul changing my pickup location I received 40 free miles at no charge, which this dealer knew absolutely nothing about, and again directed me to uhaul for information. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why this person is a uhaul dealer, if he knew nothing about uhaul procedures, or how to inventory the requested equipment the customer orders through the site. The drop off location was very professional, and she made sure I received my promised free mileage, and she apologized for my less than optimal experience at the pickup location.

The store owner was very, very strange. He told my boyfriend and I that he was tweaking because it was Saturday and proceeded to tell us drug related stories about people that come into his store. The truck was filthy on the outside, and the inside didn’t look it has been cleaned from the previous user though still usable. There was an error with the truck after rental, and the owner has made no attempt to resolve the issue. Maybe he really was tweaking like he claimed
CAITLIN MThe owner of New 2 You was great, but he had to re-enter all the information since the agent over the phone didn't take any information down and it was repopulated from when I last used U-Haul over 10 years ago. I also wasn't aware I was being sent an emailed contract and the telephone agent provided me with the wrong drop off spot. The New 2 You owner: 10/10. The telephone agent: very unhappy. Could have saved me a lot of hassle.
