Improve the Uhaul computer system speed on weekends. We couldn't complete our contract for over an hour and a half, but this delay was not the location's fault. They were prepared by using alternative methods, indicating this is a common occurrence.

It was not clear why I was charged an additional $76 when I returned the truck at this location. The person I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She explained the after hours return process and it seemed simple. Never was there a notification on any additional charges.
