Awful experience! First of all I parked my car there while I used truck and when I went to pick up my car it was gone? I called in to find the man had it towed away and lied to me saying he checked the uhaul list of renters and my car did not match anybody who had a truck rented? Im pretty sure my registered vehicle is matched to my name ! So I got fucked and had to pay 400$ to get my car from tow yard. In the meantime I had called location to drop truck at cus I kept it longer and was told it was 18$ per day and $1 per mile so ok cool but when I dropped off they said I was lying ànd they hit me with a bill of 2400$ with all these extra charges on it. Wtf thanks for the ass reaming fuckers!

Easy pick up on a Sunday. Location easy to find and easy access to trucks. Mobile pick-up was very easy. Very clean location.

SHANE BThe pickup & delivery process was a rather long & confusing process, another lady was struggling with it herself when we were there as well. I believe that this is more of a "U-Haul Corporate" program, rather than something set up by the owners of this location. The location was excellent, unfortunately I had NO idea that it was even THERE! Way more convenient than having to drive miles and miles to pick up/drop off a rental. Will use this location again!
