Tonya NDetails on trailer drop off location were not clear, could not locate any personnel. Left trailer where I believe was the correct location, overall I had no issues.
Gregory JThe local dealer was fine and communicated well. The only complaint have is the Usual app and website. Very glitchy and didn't work half the time I tried to use it.
Douglas SMy biggest complaint is that, it was done all online without a representative. I am just not ready for all this future technology. I am so glad my boys were with me, and they were able to walk me through it. Same thing with the drop off. I had to do it all online, park the truck, take pictures and put the keys in the drop box. I guess this is just something that I am going to have to get use too!
