The trailer is way too heavy and hard to get off. It needs a jack attached to it so you don’t have to lift it all the way off the ground. I’ve used multiple in the past that have a jack attached to them and it helps not to pull your back out. This was the only problem I had with my experience but this is very important. Plz get that trailer a jack attached to it as their is a place for it

CLEMON TThe employee was kind. But U-Haul dropped the ball with my reservation. And the location they transferred me to did not have the equipment, other than the truck, that I requested I didn’t know until pick. I was not able to actually get my truck until 0830 and I set my pickup for 0630.
