The app experience was horrible! It crashed when I tried to scan my DL three times so spent 30 mins just trying to get truck. Returning truck the app would not process so had to speak with virtual again wasting my time. I have the newest iPhone so Your app sucks!!! Everything else was great though. Thanks

Jaycob WGreat customer service. Wish they would have had the U-Haul size I reserved as it would have saved a few hundred in gas. :)
Randal FOpen sign was on as it was during normal advertised hours but no one was there and office was locked. Called number on door and left message….was never called back. Called customer service as the instructions for after hours was not clear.
