Lockbox was wide open with the key inside. Anyone could have stolen the truck. Location was 35 miles from my requested pickup location. I was not informed of this switch until one day before pickup.
James SThe staff told me I was their first rental customer. With practice, I’m sure the overall experience will be more seamless. My checkin took a very long time and the back of the truck was filled with dirt and debris. This location was not my preference and was geographically inconvenient. They did not have any of the moving supplies or dollies on hand that I had requested with my reservation.
