They did not have all the equipment that I requested and they charged me for it anyway. It also took a long time for us to register and get the vehicle. So they charged me for the time that was used to go through the motions of registering for the vehicle instead of from the time I actually acquired the vehicle

the car was making a loud noise while driving it also it was not even a half tank of gas when i got it it swerved serval times could not put truck on highway at all

David SDon't offer this location as a drop-off for anybody. Claims is open on Sunday until 1 pm but there was nobody to be found except a bunch of crack heads wandering around the building. Half of them were begging for money, and one had a stick in his hand and told me to get going before he cracked me in the head with it. I was able to lock the front doors and drop the key in the drop box, but I couldn't lock the back and I had to leave 46 pads and 2 dollies in the back. Very sketchy neighborhood.
