The U-Haul sign is the smallest of everything. I actually had to do in search in a MapQuest location so that I can see some sort of something to locate the drop off once I got there I could see the U-Haul in the upper right hand corner of the building in very small print.

The rental itself was fine - it did the job. The pick up and drop off was changed from my original location to this smoke shop because of cargo van availability. The person was ill prepared to help get our rental. Even with an existing reservation, it took 20 minutes to get the rental keys. The laptop they were using was about to lose battery - it was questionable if we would be able to finish the transaction. It was very weird to be in a smoke shop/gas station to get a rental, and they had to pause multiple times to assist customers since they were the only one running the shop and Uhaul rental. I had several questions about the rental, and I was not sure they were answering honestly - they just wanted me to get out the door. The system even had incorrect data on the van mileage - we had to manually adjust this so we would not be charged incorrectly. I would not recommend this location.

Jennifer CHave the representatives be more helpful instead of walking away. Make sure everything that was reserved was there. I had to ask for a refund on the dolly that wasn’t in the truck.
