I was charged for dirt and debris. Need to do better next time I'll go to an actual U haul center not a knockoff seller.

Very friendly staff. He noticed that I accidentally booked for 2 days so he fixed it up for me. He even moved the truck for me so I can drive out the lot easily. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

BRANDON WHad a great experience with Bobby at this location. He was super helpful and informative! The online system was a little rough trying to do check in but he saw I was outside and came out and invited me in to the station and took great care of me. Would definitely recommend renting from the location.
Tyler JI was sent there to pick up a 15’ truck after the location I originally made a reservation for didn’t have a unit available. I was told the new location would be open - when I arrived at the new site at 8:30 the service station was completely closed. I was able to get in touch with your call center and they converted the reservation to “truck share” so that I could complete the pick up virtually. I was finally able to complete this process and get the truck picked up, but by that time had lost about 90 minutes of my morning. I intentionally made my reservation at the original site because they opened at 7:00 am. The original site had multiple 15’ trucks on their yard, they were just unwilling to check them in so that my reservation could be activated.
