Your drop off location needs to be open or have availability to return the rental. I had 1 hrs added to my trip from Dalron GA. to Jacksonville NC because my Drop off location at 101 N Glenwood Ave Dalton, GA had look on the gate and did not answer there phone. And I would like an partial refund because of time lost of returning home. Thank you

ABRAM MThis location offered some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I called in multiple times and have been told each time that I would be speaking with a specialist to help resolve these issues, but still haven't heard back from anyone. Overall I would not chose or recommend Uhaul ever again.
