EARL DThe staff at the location was super! She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The app was horrible. Although the design if fine, it was unbearably slow and crashed as often as not. I had to upload images repeatedly. I thought picking up the truck after hours would take under 5 minutes. It was over 45.
