I returned the truck on 12/1/25, the same day I rented it. However, the return was not processed in the system for two days. On 12/3, I called Bella’s, and the woman assured me she would update the return immediately—but she did not. An hour later, I had to contact U-Haul because the return still wasn’t reflected in the system. U-Haul then had to reach out to Bella’s to get the truck officially marked as returned
