It was very unclear where to pick up, where to return, and when to return. When asked I was given differing answers based on where I called. I was then charged forty dollars for a late fee instead of 30. I also was not given my free thirty miles like we were told. Overall communication from U-Haul to me as well as consistency between who I talk to lacked and should have been better.
