WILLIAM KThe 20’ truck was not available although I booked weeks in advance. I was given a 26’ truck. The person at the location was not there when I arrived so he taught his wife how to do my rental over the phone. This took a considerable amount of time. Nearly 1 hour. Next the truck did not have a hand cart that I requested. Also. When I went to get into the truck it was sitting in water over my ankles deep. The wife would not move the truck for me her husband said it It would have taken him over 30 minutes to get to the Uhaul location and move the truck to a dry place. As I was already 45 minutes late to meet the moving helpers I waded through the water. Also there was only enough gas to travel 50 km. I was not going to get gas at the station where the U-Haul truck was located as I was too angry for the lack of service. I will not recommend this location ever.
