Staff was excellent and accommodating. Easy process.
GENE PI turned the truck in early and they tried charging me for two extra days on top of charging me for gas when I put more gas in the truck than when I got it. No one there knew what was happening. Almost two weeks later I get charged $114 more with no warning. When I called the person was very rude and said he wouldn’t do anything to help me. Avoid this U-Haul location at all costs.
