Thus is the second time I have rented a U-Haul truck for Moving and both experiences have been excellent! The moving truck was clean and in good working order. The staff at Ace True Value Hardware was professional and kind and very helpful. The moving company, Titan Moving, was top-notch! Both Tee and Taylor did an exceptional job in moving my household furniture. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and demonstrated care with my belongings! JOHN BNothing wrong with the location or equipment, just U-Haul. Picking up a rental takes forever because there’s always something wrong with your system. This time, days after returning my equipment, U-Haul is trying to charge me more..for a bigger trailer I did not use!
