The location team did their best to help, but U-Haul’s system is seriously flawed. I had reserved a trailer ahead of time to avoid delays, yet when we arrived the U-Haul system was down. The ACE employee was forced to completely redo the reservation, which took over an hour due solely to U-Haul’s program. This was extremely inefficient and frustrating, and U-Haul needs to address these ongoing system issues.
