Figure out a way to make the truck easier to get into. The step in was way too high!!! Had to bring my own step stool and add a strap to it to get the stool into the cab after I climbed in

Equipment was in good shape and customer service was excellent
Sherri WThere was something sticky all in the cup holders. The brakes on the unit were not in good condition. It was very hard to stop and slow down. This was the worse truck that I have ever rented from uhaul.

Betsy BI was thinking that i would be dropping the trailer off and having to leave pictures. To my surprise they were still on site helping a late customer who showed up after hours and squeezed me in for drop off. I was in and out quickly and I really appreciate the help.
