I was charged for a Dolly I didn't receive there was more gas in the truck when I turned it in than there was when I got it but was still charged for 4 gallons of gas also the truck was cleaned out but I was still charged 25 for a cleaning fee. This place was an absolute joke

Figure out a way to make the truck easier to get into. The step in was way too high!!! Had to bring my own step stool and add a strap to it to get the stool into the cab after I climbed in

Sherri WThere was something sticky all in the cup holders. The brakes on the unit were not in good condition. It was very hard to stop and slow down. This was the worse truck that I have ever rented from uhaul.
