Even though we went during posted business hours, no one was there. The phone number provided instructions on how to pick up a truck when no one was there but should have also provided instructions on how to return the truck when no one was present. Friendly worker at store next door came out and showed us where to return truck and key, so it all worked out OK for us.

PAUL HI had a very difficult time getting lock open to retrieve keys. I’d much rather pick up from a full service U-Haul
Karen BUsed mobile pickup to get my truck. I spent over an hour trying to get it to work including calling different uhaul support numbers and kept getting transferred or cut off. Wouldn't recommend at all. They also changed my location from a real uhaul (glenside) to here and I was not happy about that
