I had a very difficult time getting lock open to retrieve keys. I’d much rather pick up from a full service U-Haul
Karen BUsed mobile pickup to get my truck. I spent over an hour trying to get it to work including calling different uhaul support numbers and kept getting transferred or cut off. Wouldn't recommend at all. They also changed my location from a real uhaul (glenside) to here and I was not happy about that

Wallace PThere were a lot of extra background check information steps that had to be taken that could have been made beforehand online rather than at night when I actually had to pickup the vehicle. Also none of the furniture pads or dolly was in the truck when we got there which was very disappointing because again, at 9:00 pm at night it was difficult to find what we needed at Walmart or Home Depot. U-Haul is great, but there are some things they can tighten up on to make it a little easier for the customer.
