parking lot at this facility is a shit hole! It was a convenient drop off but the parking lot was wet with unsafe pot holes, mud and debris.

The woman who took my order and rented me the truck was friendly and I felt gave me good service. That being said I can not envision EVER renting a uhaul from there or anywhere EVER again. The tough spot and extra money it cost me because the truck did not have a ramp made it the worst rental experience of my life. Bar none. Without the ramp I had to get help loading and unloading the items. Extra $$. The time it took to wait for help forced me to use the truck in order to pick my daughter up on time fro school. Extra $$. That caused me to use more gas. Extra $$. The majority of mileage was picking her up from school, not the hauling of my items. Extra $$. I should have only needed 4-5 miles total.

Cell service was spotty so I had a hard time doing self check out. In addition to spotty service, the app kept looping and I had to wait for 30 minutes for it to work. It also took 30 minutes for a customer care rep to answer the phone. The pricing was clearly stated but still alot more expensive than it should have been.

This location was no help with the equipment and I had to drive 2 miles to autozone to buy an adapter to hook up the lights. They pointed to the equipment and left me on my own and double charged my Amex Credit card.

I was very disappointed with renting the uhal at this location. the receptionist lady she charged me 20$ extra even i dropped the very much in time. i had to go all the to the location again and she was so unwilling to refund my money. she asked all the non sense questions and when is showed the proof that i dropped intime and asked her to verify the video at that time when i dropped my vehicle.
