We didn’t interact with anyone for the drop off. The location was closed at the time of drop off and the available parking was very small for a 26’ u-haul

Liz YAbsolutely nothing! The process was quick and smooth and your representative was courteous, professional and very attentive to our needs.
Bill MOur employee had a bad experience. The tow dolly was bouncing all over the place and blew off a lug nut and had some damage to their vehicle. The dolly was dropped off before reaching their destination so as to not lead to further issues and damaage.
Karrie Hstaff was very helpful, professional and friendly.
