The pick-up location managers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their advice. However, the venue smelled of cigarette smoke and dog feces.

I received a trailer with a tire that had bare tread showing. I had to get a tire 200 miles away and they said it should never had made it. I was placed in a dangerous situation and could have been stranded or killed. I am extremely upset and would like to have this situation taken a step further. I have photos. The owner was very rude, had a large dog he told me to ignore and berated me for being 1 minute late-( I lived an hour away. There phone number was not working when I tried to call to say I was running late because of distance.
Deanna SRockdale Travel plaza has a gas station, but when I went to drop off the u haul, they didn't have any gas. So would of had to drive 12 miles for 7 gal of gas. Then u haul charges almost twice the price for gas. They also, charged me for an extra day, which I actually had already paid for, when I got my reservation. I hope I don't have to use UHaul anytime soon!
Rita GGuy working seemed as if I woke him from a deep sleep. If it weren’t for the German Shepard sitting at the front door you would think this location was closed for good. Gentlemen working did get me out with the trailer I selected but not in any hurry.
