They overcharged me on milage. Very disappointed in misinformation. The latch kept getting stuck on the back. Older truck from what I imagine.

Location is very clean and the staff extremely professional.
NAKIA PA clean truck and not over charging me for the rental. I was charged $120 for a 10 ft one day, same location return, with only 17 miles driven. I don't understand what is going on. The location is of no assistance and calling uhaul customer service is a joke, apparently uhaul has nothing to do with this location so I'm confused why they are even allowed to rent out rental trucks. Huge hassle for a quick trip.
