Small location, but nicely maintained. The gentleman who took care of me was polite and knowledgeable.
DWAYNE FI was overcharged they charged me for mileage. I already taken care of and paid for. I would like Corporate to contact me as soon as possible so I can handle this. I went through quite often thank you my phone number is 816-469-3347 prefer a text or call out over an email. Thank you.
BETHANY JI did not know that upon renting at this location that I would not be able to return the truck to a regular U-Haul location. Therefore, I was charged more miles than absolutely necessary. So I think in the future it needs to be made clear that the vehicle needs to be returned back to the original location. And also, when I went to return the truck, the lady who was there, wouldn't even let me inside. She opened the door asked if I was here to check in a truck, my hand and I said yes. She took the key out of my husbands hand, said she'd check it in and email us the receipt and then closed the door. Very rude and very unprofessional. I'll never rent from here again and I would never recommend it to anyone else.
