NORMAND BThe guy at the pick up location was nice, gave us instructions of where to pick up the truck. The only problem was the maintenance is that there wasn’t any winter tires on the truck, even though we are in November, it was snowing a few days before the pickup date. There was freezing rain the day of the move as well. Really not happy that our lives could of been in danger all because some company didn’t put any winter tires on their truck in bad weather conditions.
