No one working there spoke English. We simply could not understand 80% of what they said. This made the transaction VERY difficult / uncomfortable. In fact, it sucked. Additionally, we received ZERO paperwork reflecting the transaction. We tried to get this info but gave up due to language barrier. We did get this paperwork from the location where we dropped the truck off. Why would U-Haul franchise non-English speaking people in a predominantly English speaking country?? This is a mystery to us.

My overall experience renting the 26' truck and traveling approximately 400 miles was a pleasant one. The equipment was clean and operated as was expected. Also, the check out process was fairly seamless, as was the check in process. The vendor was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to rent from this vendor and U-Haul again.
Johnny HI rented a truck geographically close to me however I was sent from Warner Robins out to Kathleen and obviously was charged all that mileage because I rented a $29 truck and ended up my bill is $89 taken out of my account I would like to be contacted about this
Pearl BThis location was a gas station unaware of the drop-off initially. Also learned that me dropping off the vehicle Saturday, October 25, 2025, I received an email that it was received Sunday morning instead of the actual day I dropped it off.
CHRISTOPHER LThe contact phone number I was given was to a person who couldn't speak English, couldn't or wouldn't answer any questions, and hung up on me twice. When I came to pick up the Uhaul I had to communicate over speakerphone with someone who was off site to finish the booking.
