They only had one truck. Would have preferred a smaller van.

This is the first time ever renting. Business not very experienced renting. Took over a half hour to enter information and get truck. I knew nothing about the process having never done this before. The truck itself was okay. There was a thick film on the inside of the front windshield and the sun was shining making it hard to see. The truck itself sounded like it wanted to fall apart, again not having this experience before I’m not sure if that’s how it is supposed to sound or feel like when driving. Returning the truck wasn’t as long of a process. I was kind of surprised at the price with all the different fees added on. Overall an okay experience and would rent again if needed in the future.

JESSICA SThe best thing they can do is train their employees on what to do when someone comes in to pick up a truck. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and friendly, but had no idea what to do. We ended up doing it ourselves online. Nice little store, but we spent way too much time there trying to get our truck.
