Friendly staff. Easy in and out. No congestion. Only issue was the photo inspections on self-check-in in part. Had to move the u-haul truck out of the parking stop to line up the truck template. Nothing to do with the location. More to do with the technology is all.
TRAVIS KI requested the truck and appliance dolly. I wasn't notified this location didnt have an appliance dolly. I was charged for using one. I still haven't received my refund but you bet the fact I went 2 miles over my estimate I got charged within minutes. I did mobile pickup so no staff until 1.5 hrs into my move only to find I couldn't pickup the dolly. I tried another location they didnt have one. I had to go to an independent rental company and pay twice as much for a dolly. This caused significant delays in my move and created unnecessary stress.
Larissa KDrop, off location changed and I was charged $20 for going to the original (now wrong) location.
