Will at the pickup place was awesome and very accommodating and helpful. Also when I called to set up the reservation the representative was very nice and helped me get the best rates. Highly recommend!!

JAIME FThe only thing good about my experience was the worker. The U-Haul system was so slow you couldn’t make a reservation. I had to call the store to have them reserve it. When getting there the U-Haul system was so slow they couldn’t complete reservations. Spent 45 minutes waiting for the person in front of me to get their reservation sorted and mine checked in.
